1. Cornflakes in the evening

Even though cornflakes are delicious food for breakfast, they are very high in sugar, which is not good for your special activity. You can still eat them, but in the morning, so the sugars have time to be digested and your performance won’t be affected.

If you consume them in the evening, you are more likely going to have a sugar spike, which causes a press in your blood cells, and furthermore, you won’t perform as you would want to.

2. Canned food

Even though it might be more convenient to grab some canned food and quickly eat it before your special night, you should actually stay away from it.

That is because it contains a lot of sodium, which will minimize blood flowing all over your body and it will also decrease your potassium levels.

As a result, you will end up losing your strength and your night won’t be very pleasant. Stick to eating healthy and don’t exaggerate with the salt!

3. Carbonated water

Even though you might like it, don’t drink it before you go into the bedroom! This beverage contains a chemical called quinine, which acts as an inhibitor when it comes to physical activity.

If you don’t want to be like a dead fish, make sure to stick to regular water!

4. Artificial sweeteners

According to several nutritionists, all fabricated sugars contain Aspartame, which will minimize the serotonin levels in your body. This chemical is the main “ingredient” that your body relies on when it comes to charisma, mindset, brain, and overall intimate life.

If your body doesn’t have enough serotonin, you can experience migraines, pessimism, and zero desire to have fun with someone special!

5. Mint

There are many people who want to have a fresh breath before the big event, so they chew some peppermint-flavored gums or indulge in one or two mint drops.

However, several studies discovered that the menthol in peppermint is actually not good for your “masculinity” levels, so better stay away from peppermint. If you want something to keep your mouth fresh, you can eat a tiny piece of ginger.
