In a world that is sick of all the problems, war, and Covid-19, let’s talk about something that is inspiring, beautiful, honest, but hard at the same time: love!

We already know that it is hard to find someone to share your life with, so I asked myself a question: if it’s so complicated for ordinary people to be with someone they truly like, how come celebrities are successful?

When do they have time to do activities that couples usually do and what exactly is their secret ingredient that holds the relationship strong? Is there a special something that glues these partners together?

I wanted to find answers to all of my questions, so I did a little digging. I searched all over the Internet and I found some couples that have been together for quite a while.

These couples are happy, beautiful, and… in love! Here are 6 of them!

1. Viola Davis and Julius Tennon – 22 years 

I think Viola Davis is one of the greatest actresses that has never existed! If you haven’t seen the show “How To Get Away With Murder”, I highly recommend watching it, because the way this woman plays her character is mind-blowing!

Leaving her cinematographic career behind for a few moments, I have to tell you that Mrs. Davis found the love of her life, Julius Tennon, in the early 2000s. Three years into the relationship, they decided it was time to walk down the aisle, so they got married.

During an interview for Us Weekly in 2013, she stated that she was the loneliest woman in the world. She was advised to pray for a partner so she gave it a try. She met her husband almost four weeks later.

2. Julia Roberts and Danny Moder – 22 years 

The pretty woman herself, Julia Roberts met her husband, Danny Moder, a long time ago, while they were on set of “The Mexican”, in 2000. They got married in 2002 after he divorced makeup artist Vera Steimberg Moder.

They have three children together, Henry Daniel Moder, and twins Phinnaeus and Hazel Patricia Walter.

During an interview, she was asked about the secret of a healthy and happy relationship when it comes to an entertainment couple. Her answer was simple: kissing.

3. Jay-Z and Beyoncé – 22 years 

Rapper Jay-Z and Queen B met around the late 90s, and they got married in 2008. Even though they went on tours together and participated in many image or brand campaigns together, the Carters have always been pretty silent about their personal lives.

However, things started to change when rumors about the rapper cheating on his wife were the main topic all over the Internet. Both of them expressed their feelings through music, and things between them slowly got better.

Given the fact that these problems didn’t separate them, but actually made them stronger, we can say that they are meant for each other!

4. Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford – 24 years

During an interview with US Weekly, she said that the key to a happy marriage is tequila. PR move or not, we know that her husband started a tequila brand named Casamigos, and his partner is the actor George Clooney.

They have been married since 1998 and they have two children together, Presley and Kaia.

…Here is another ingredient for a perfect relationship: tequila! Combine it with what Julia Roberts said and you’ve got the perfect recipe! 

5. Elton John and David Furnish – 29 years 

The longest relationship on this list is the one between Elton John and David Furnish, who have been together for almost three decades. They started their relationship in 1993 and they got married in 2014, once gay marriage became legal in the United Kingdom.

They wanted to share more details about their relationship with their followers, so they opened up about one of their personal traditions. Every Saturday for 16 years, they’ve sent one another a card where they write how much they love each other.

Regardless of where they are in the world, they never forget about this tradition and how much it means to them!

6. David and Victoria Beckham – 25 years

David and Victoria Beckham met in 1997, and both of them were already famous in their domains. He managed to receive her number from Posh Spice and he wrote it on a London-to-Manchester plane ticket.

They got married two years later and they have loved each other ever since! After more than 20 years, he still has the plane ticket where he wrote Victoria’s phone number.

In 2016, she told British Vogue that love at first sight is actually a thing and she is living proof of that.
