5. Heart disease
Aging can cause the arteries to narrow and harden, which further makes changes in the blood vessels. This means that blood can not flow easily. As a result, this makes climaxes harder to reach, for both men and women.
Having heart disease can cause problems with men’s “bedroom time” as well. Because blood doesn’t flow as freely as it used to. Women can have certain problems too. Also, many people have had heart attacks and they are scared that an active bedroom life can lead to another one.
