The majority of women want their partners to be jealous, but only a bit, just so they know about it. For instance, if a woman is at a party with her partner, and there’s another man staring at her, she would enjoy it if her partner would grab her hand so that the other person can see she’s not single.
That’s just the right amount of jealousy that women like and want in order to feel more appreciated and cared for.
