You can try spending more time in nature, reading a good book, practicing meditation, yoga, listening to music, taking a long, hot bath, or anything that helps you lower your stress levels.

In this situation, she recommends amping up your self-care rituals. “Getting out into nature, exercising, and meditating are all helpful in lowering stress levels and rebalancing.”
